What is Donea?

What does it cost to hire?
You pay the price of the job shown in the offer. Before paying, you see the exact amount and confirm it.
What does it cost to offer services?
Donea's commission is 5% of the price of each job done. The rest is yours.
How is the payment held?
The customer pays by Pix before the visit and Donea holds the money. It goes to the provider only after the job is confirmed. If there is a problem, the case is reviewed with the photos and the order's history, and the money can be refunded.
Who verifies a provider's identity?
Verification uses an ID document and a selfie through a specialised partner, Didit, before the provider starts taking requests.
Which services can I hire or offer?
Services done in person, such as repairs, cleaning, assembly, painting and installations. For each service, Donea checks the local rules and asks for a registration, licence or CNPJ when the law requires one.
Do I need a CNPJ to offer services?
Only when the rule for the service requires one. When it asks for a CNPJ or a professional registration, the assistant tells you what is missing.
Will you send me messages?
Not now. Joining the list sends no message at all. Donea will contact you only through the channel you left, when access opens, and you can ask to leave the list at any time.
